I don’t know. I was going to ask her to do a dozen eggs, and hope for 8, but it sounds like she’s doing a bunch, then asking for a number. I am scared. Six? Sixty? How can I resist the itty bitty things?!

Me too. Pearl-fee/pearl. I have up to fifty cooking atm. Third time is the charm, right? Snowie is the same but with a blue/silver gene added.

@BullChick you should know that it takes about 3 quail eggs to equal 1 large chicken egg. The eggs have a different flavor, slightly gameish and earthy. How many you get depends on what you're raising them for. Eggs, meat, or both? Just for fun?

We are keeping 6 females and 1 male for 2 people plus the occasional guests.
