OMG. I guess that’s understandable though. The world is crazy these days and nobody nice would likely be in the middle of nowhere on someone’s property aha I’d probably just hide inside and lock the door though lol

i don’t blame you for that! I’m growing against the idea of shipping live birds.....eggs on the other hand.....i think is fine (with or without all the “permits” as long as among “consenting” friends) hahaha that you ended up in moult during prime season! just keep me in mind for future and i’m still working on that next trip to “your neck of the woods”!!!

This year, most of my birds started laying mid February and quit mid April. I hatched very few of my own eggs this year. The 1 month olds are from shipped eggs.
Seems every year is different as to the start and end time of laying.

Some people don't understand the concept of a decent time to go visiting. I've had 'friends' show up at 3 and 4 in the morning, ...in reality they were invited to come over around 6 or 7pm. Time is kinda relative to Texans..."I'll be there directly" that means an hour, a day or maybe a week!
