Today is middle mini’s 20th birthday! when he got home from shopping I was bragging about my twins that had hatched and when we looked in the bator, there were 5!!! almost 50% hatch!! come on #6!!!!

Incidentally, she confused me. She's hatched sandy, roux-ish birds from equally weird, almost-red-range-but-nots. Too many colors!

Categorizing is a huge challenge. In truth there are no hard delineations. There are only gradients. If you were to have a hard-line category for everything that differs from it’s nearest neighbor, you’d have as many categories as you have works of natural art. Everything is an individual one-of-a-kind, unique creation. So amazing!

Awww sorry!! Hopefully he will get easier as he gets older! Ha does he have something wrong with him? Or just a solo quail? I need to catch up
