This would be my preferred method. Standing several feet away and giving directions.Sharp scissor with a good tug at the end or a sharp knife.
I haven't done it but I stand close and dish out ordered pretty good.
Head first... Wait a minute then clip the wings and legs off.
The skin pretty much rips off easily.
Then cut up each side of the spine...pull that off then scoop out the insides.
Easy peasy if you do like me and watch.
Husband keeps slowly backtracking on how much of it he agreed to do.
