They're just under two weeks old. Still really young, but the 30 gallon tank I was using as a brooder is getting too small for them. How old are they now? You said theyre well shaded with lots of water, thats all they Need. Fans just keep them cool enough for eating enough to keep em laying real well. You might notice a small drop in feed consumption with heat waves or later with egg production.
