I’m going to. But I’m just saying that it might not be entirely in my control. I can’t force someone to hire me haha that’s all I meant. Of course I’m going to try my best and I’m sure I will have one by then if I apply to enough and especially so close to the holidays, they all need people, and kinda desperately haha, so I’m sure it will be easy to find one, but I was just saying in case no one wants to hire me despite all my best efforts haha that’s all I meant. Not that I would put less effort in or purposely try not to have a job by then or anything like that.

Kiki and tbh probably all the BYCer’s but especially from the Balut thread have been telling me I need to get one forever (and I really do want one) and I keep not doing it. so now I’m going to force myself to find one finally haha

I really do want one but I am just a huge procrastinator/not do-er. It’s a real problem.

I do dog walk/pet sit and want to start a business doing that and also training but I also want to move out and I apparently need a real one with taxes and stuff first for that.

So yeah.

Gotta just find any job at all apparently haha

Or at least I think so.... it’s any job, @Texas Kiki , right? Or are there more specifics/parameters now?

I highly recommend getting an assortment bunch of eggs.

All these colors are too much fun.

Forewarning should come with this that is can be hard to sex them and it can be hard to determine breeding groups for them. That said, i love each of my mixed flocks just as much as my pure because i can vent sex and i love even the silvers who are giving me fits tryn to figure up the boys from the girls.

Don't forget all the extra cages needed because of wanting to keep all of the different colors.

Yes a real job with taxes and u dont need to worry with a resume these days if you can tell an employer that uve been working at so n so for such n such and that they can say your a valuable employee who will show up everyday. When i brought resumes to apply they laughed at me at anything less than a 6 figure income kind of job.

@RUNuts ......how’s your hatch so far?? i haven’t seen an update since 1.5

24 to brooder. 9 in incubator. If I counted right, 33 out of 38 hatched. Right back to WOW.

NOT Final count Kiki. It's only been 30 hours since first hatch. Looks like we have another zipping. The last 4 eggs have nothing visible.

Omg, they are cute! You are making me want to hatch again. Maybe in October I can hatch...

Worked on banding and rearranging flocks today. Moved the 7 week girls to the laying flock and put the 7 week boys in the little side brooder. Then moved the 15 newest chicks to the grow out pen. They are three weeks now and needed more room than the brooder.
