No...not that stripy thing...the feathers.

His head sound was fake...it was just a few missing feathers but his little beak was hurt.
He was back to feeling normal a couple days later.
I was so happy.

He is my favorite little bird right now.

I am pretty sure I've got another few Pansys in my baby batch.

I am still trying to learn all the colors.
It is much easier for me to learn by seeing them in front of me to compare to pictures.
It is so fun to be able to spot a certain color out of the bunch.

wow i can’t believe how much older your chicks look vs mine.....of course they seem to start feathering out overnight!! i lost another house baby today so probably going to move a few more of the larger ones to shed to give them more space in here

Do you feed a game bird feed?
Mine is 28% protein.

Also do you still have heat on yours?
I think the added heat makes them feather in slower.

@Nabiki was it mirin I needed? Or something else? Can’t remember if that was the one I needed or the one I could substitute with haha turns out our grocery store has that and just about every other sauce you could imagine and quite a big Asian section haha
