What can you do with such small eggs???
Hatch them!

I do boil them too. They make great hard boiled eggs for salad. Or special treats for 4 year old nephews who sometimes need convincing they have the best aunt ever

It's precious. Is this name something someone made up or is it a real thing?
It's a fake coturnix egg.
I've never had one s*** in the incubator before.
Originality comes secondary to time spent practicing. While there are absolutely some savants around, I highly doubt you know two of them.
I read an article a while ago about this topic. I'll have to see if I can find it. I can tell you from personal experience that I most certainly did NOT feel like I had any musical ability before I started learning. It didn't come naturally to me at all. Even the old masters spent hundreds of hours at the piano in their very early childhood. You listen to music, don't you? The fact you can appreciate it proves you're not clueless about music.
What a beautiful bird!!!
I'm gonna hafta get me some Button eggs to hatch next, dadgumit....
My 90 coturnix eggs arrived today!!!
Gonna get busy real quick around here.
The part of music that bores me is that they play the same songs the same way each day. Part of the attraction of live performances (without crowds, please), is the originality or spontaneity of the performance. If you want "true to the original (recording)", then listen to the recording on the format of your choice.Originality comes secondary to time spent practicing. Exactly. I'm no concert pianist, I don't have that kind of time and it's not my life goal. But I have fun at it, and I can play most pieces that I want to. (Except the fantaisie-impromptu... I've tried, but Chopin must have been on crack when he wrote it.)Hmmm... youāre probably right there
And Iām sure you can make enjoyable music without necessarily being amazing haha
Although wait. Maybe theyāre so good cause they practice and a lot of people in the genre donāt....![]()
I would love to read that article!! Sounds very interesting!!
And hmmm thatās true. But there was also nothing else to do back then
And thanks! That makes sense. I never thought of it like that before.
Get a pair of small flush edge dikes. Make sure that you are not cutting too close to the toe and cut a piece off. Once you have the ball open, it will quickly absorb soapy water and crumble with a slight pressure. The wetting is not necessary as you can pretty quickly crumble it off once you have the ball opened.I hold the quail and extend the leg, then gently mash the ball with needle nose pliers on the edges so the toe isn't mashed along with the ball. I tried soaking them, but it was a disaster. By the time the ball was soft, the quail was in shock.

Street jazz. There is no score. Flow.
Lots of things are practice. Music & golf for examples. Repetition is boring. Batty says she must complete a project. I'll get 70-90% through and I'm done. Close enough for government work. The fun part is the design. I could complete it, but why? I figured out golf. Bored me. Hit the little white ball the exact same way holding the stick the same way ad nauseum. The ball doesn't move like baseball. Hit the aspirin.
