➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

How bad/wrong would it be if I set eggs, after my current batch, and purposely ran the bator with high humidity?
I finally got a batch to hatch without any curly feet after I finally got my humidity under control. I think it would be cruel to the chicks if your way works and the high humidity causes defects or problems.

They don't fall through? I have the farm innovator turner. The person said they could have eggs ready for me this weekend.
If the eggs are too small or the holes are too big, they might.

Your choice of getting bigger eggs or making the holes smaller. I'll give a hint, tape works on the holes.

Ah I see. I thought you were like doing it on purpose to try to make them not hatch cause you wanted to set more eggs but didn’t want more chicks :lau
Well I'm pretty sure it won't end good but I wouldn't call it killing them on purpose.

This is what I'm looking for...thanks.

Five tons of poop.
I change paper towels in a brooder fifty (3-5) times a day.
So paper towels work because I feel like wood shavings are too messy if I keep them in the extra large dog kennel in the house for the first few weeks.

I have to run something on the sides so they can't pop out of the kennel. It wouldn't end up good for them if they got out because my cat is a mouser.
