Much better system than mine. Of course I'm butchering minuscule buttons. I don't even bother removing all the skin. I just uncover the breast and rip it out. My first one I was going to leave whole. Then I saw the toothpick legs and decided it wasn't worth it

How is a "white" quail either a "Sexlink" or a "Feather-Sexable"?
Or are these whities just glitches in their parents genes?
I've got several so far, one with the black spot on its head, the others solid.

It will probably gain markings as it gets feathers. I'm guessing that it won't be white.
