Dumb question about to be asked.

How is a "white" quail either a "Sexlink" or a "Feather-Sexable"?
Or are these whities just glitches in their parents genes?
I've got several so far, one with the black spot on its head, the others solid.

This batch is Myshire's sex-linked ones correct?

You should only be getting male pharaohs and Egyptian hens.

Well you should not be getting white in any of the sex-linked eggs.

The feather sexable batch is going to be a wide variety so it is highly possible you get a white chick from the feather sexable set of eggs.

Well nothing is impossible but it is highly unlikely.

It is highly likely this came from the feather sexable group.

33 have hatched out of these 2 sets so far. Not many to go now. Still alot of pips & several zips in there.

17 eggs are still unhatched, most are either pipped or partially zipped. Oh, all the celadon eggs hatched.
I'm ready for this hatch to be over, but how can I kill and eat such cuties???
