It’s another cold yucky rainy day here so we’ve been scrubbing the house! I’m currently on my second errand of the day and poor DH is left to the scrubbing.....almost finished kitchen and trying to get living room, hall, and bathroom done. :barnie
 
Is this normal? The third chick looks like it's still attached to the egg by yolk and blood vessels.

It happens. It looks like it is attached by a dried up umbilicus. You can interfere and snip it off or just let it be and it will eventually break free on its own.

If it's not that uncommon, I'm sure it will be fine without my interference. If it's still stuck in a couple of hours I might interfere, but until then, I'll leave it alone.
