How many did you set? I've already forgot.

If you can just keep track of how many are actually fertile, how many clear eggs you pull out of the incubator, how many of the fertile ones developed and then quit and of course how many hatch.

Cool! I set 35 in the incubator on the 25th Jan. Today is day 7 and I candled them, had 4 clears and all the rest (31) are fertile. Hope I the eggs didn’t get over heated it was a 42 (107)deg day here in Australia and the alarm on my incubator was going off when I got home from work it was at 39.4 (102) Fingers crossed it wasn’t for long.

they should be fine....102 while hot, theoretically shouldn’t kill them.....i believe it has to be 104 to really damage a hatch.

Do you have another separately purchased thermometer in the bator too?

Not yet. I've only done a few spot candles so far. I usually wait until at least a week, which will be tomorrow.

yes I currently have 27 fertile, 2 probable eq so far (cracked shells)
