I'm going to be keeping my eye out for him to start a live do I can ask to join.

Oh wow that’s awesome!! And yeah I usually do tons of walking when I travel or go to the city too but I don’t travel that much.

And ahh okay. That’s great then.

I’m coming from like barely moving at all (literally sit most of the time) and am also overweight and out of shape so it’s been a big adjustment.

I feel way better though when I actually do it but the past couple days I’ve had to force myself up and out.

i am not a happy camper right now!! i’m trying to get as many of the birds outside as possible before we leave on Wednesday so I moved the shed quail out today......they did wonderful all day long but I just got a text alert for flash flooding possible tonight
and one of my escapees is not doing well.....i’m not sure if he ingested something while out or if it got too hot in the brooder before i went back out to turn off the heat lamp......i was ready to help it, but got nutridrench down it and put it back inside. has improved significantly but still has wobbly head and a balance issue.

Checked on the 6 weekers this evening and not only did my 6 males and 5 females apparently turn in to 7 males and 4 females but three of the males had bloody heads.I isolated the three wounded but do I start culling now or try to wait until 8 weeks? Pretty sure I know what Kiki would do.

i would try to wait until butcher size/age if you have the means to keep them separated

Do you think the three injured will be okay together? I have my laying flock, a grow out pen where the six weekers are and an outdoor brooder area where the injured are. More separation than that would be a stretch.
