I actually won two 120 egg auctions. One was for a mixed set, and the other was SSC. I didn't think I'd win the SSC one.

Most of their auctions say buy it now, with a couple that said or best offer, is that the type you’re talking about? I literally made an eBay account to buy my eggs last year and I have no idea how it all works, I’ve only done buy it now.

These are the times I'm grateful they don't ship to Hawaii. After all, who can turn down a deal?

as for ebay, i mainly do the buy it now instead of fooling with the auctions there.

you may want to consider doing a new fb limited to just quail stuff......there’s lots of cool stuff from myshire, coturnix corner, etc that’s currently only available on fb. i’ve basicall scaled mine down and only pay attention to such groups

Holy crap! Those are two fat and happy snakes! I’m so glad I don’t have to worry about those in my yard!

I usually don't have a problem with them.....they are usually only 3.5 to 4 feet. They keep the mice population down but these big dudes were inside the pens and eating my quail...."homey don't play that"! they kill rattlesnakes too but lately I've been finding rattlers in my pens too! they don't bother my quail, they are only after the mice. They don't bother my grown pheasants either. Although, a Copperhead did strike one of my Eillot males a couple of years ago, he lost his leg at the knee joint.

This was my first year encountering a snake in my brooder......have some concerns that they could breech the aviary but luckily I’ve not had that encounter yet!!!! (Cuz I know I’d scream and probably pee my pants!!!!)

These came into the pen through the rat & mice tunnels in the pens.
