Spring is definitely on the way. All winter I was getting one egg a day. Last week at this time I was getting 3-4. Today I got 17.

A few days ago, I had about 200 extra Quail eggs and some duck eggs. Blended them all up shells and all and threw them in microwave. All the birds were served some Quail/duck egg soufflés.
