I heard a squeak from the incubator so I took a look. No chicks yet, but lots of pips. 82 eggs made it to lock down.

I'm going to try to get a video of a chick actually hatching. This video failed at that, but the chicks bobbing around in the background made me laugh.

That was your imagination!!! Happens to me every time I'm hatching....I hear peeping, eventhough it isn't time!

I have around 50 chicks in the brooder. Still about 30 eggs in the incubator.

These three are the first hatch of my potential songbird line.

5 of the new babies just went on their way to a new home. This is a repeat customer, so I know she'll take good care of them.

The last chick for this hatch is finally out. Four chicks hatched very late. I had a total of 63 hatch. 2 failed to thrive, 5 are at their new home. That leaves 56!
