I had to buy evaporated milk also. And EGGS! At 1 a day from 6 hens, I'm a little miffed. Anyway, I saved 4 up and son ate them. Haha. The store had eggs.

Pumpkin stuff looked just like yours. I think I previously used more pumpkin. So 2 cups goes to 4 cups on next batch. Of course, I like the pumpkin part more than the crispy cake mix on top. The Pamela's Gluten Free cake mix worked wonderfully. So this gluten free recipe worked.
