There are folks who eat out, and folks that don't. I don't eat out. It's a waste of money. It was all delicious though and worth it! But wow 5 meals!? For us that’d only be one probably lol
But honestly it’s not that absurd when you compare with other places. McDonalds which is way grosser and not fresh food is like the same price or more and even Panera my mom and I spent like a ton there a few days ago for not much

We love cooking around here. Even if it's just the two of us, we always make breakfast and dinner. Trying new recipes is always fun too. Far more enjoyable than going out and sitting at some sticky table for someone else to make you low quality food and overcharge you for it.
For what it's worth, if you think that the "experience" of going out is more important than what you put in your body, I think you will have a VERY hard time changing your ways. You have to truly want to change to do so, and it doesn't really sound like that is the case. This is not intended to lecture you, it's just an observation.
McDonalds often runs different deals that make it cheaper. My younger brother, who is not great at eating healthy, can get two burgers and fries for $8.It was all delicious though and worth it! But wow 5 meals!? For us that’d only be one probably lol

I guess people who like to eat out, buy new, buy everytime a new version comes out, are the ones that keep the economy going.
