Fresh is always better! I love mango so much. Peeling them in a pain in the butt to me but worth the trouble. These are ok. Fruit cup style because they are diced.

Cottage cheese is delicious.
Yogurt is even better. There is a new local place that makes the best yogurt I've ever tasted in my life. They sell it at Fred Meyer around here, in addition to the small local store. It's called Ellenos. The plain is incredible. The lemon curd is better than dessert.

I would have preferred "in it's own natural juices" instead of "syrup", light or otherwise, but this is the only way it came and I wanted to try it. I was going to try to make mini cobblers in a muffin pan I believe. I never did do that. And so in my cupboard it has sat lol.

ETA: Well 1 can has sat. I bought 2. That is why I know it is "ok".

Balsamic dressing is the one thing I will loathingly use on occasion if meat isn't available to put on it.

I consider that proof that it is the best. Even you will eat it, albeit grudgingly.
