Would you recommend an onion chutney or a fruity chutney? Both sound good to me, but for some reason I’m leaning toward an apple chutney. As an avid “Brady Bunch” watcher in my youth, I must quote Peter Brady doing a Humphrey Bogart impression when I say, there’s just something about “Pork chops and applesauce.”Some pickles / chutney are a good accompaniment- they help cut through the richness. My mouth is watering as I write this
