1 Singled Out

I have a flock of 11 hens. The littlest hen is being singled out and picked on - the other hens chase her and peck at her. I want to separate her but only have one coop/run and coyotes are an issue where I am. She doesn't want to be separated from her flock. Any suggestions?

How big is your run? Can you add things that break up the line of sight? It could be one hen antagonizing the rest, watch to see if one starts it.

How old, in months, are your birds?
Have they always all lived together?
How big is your cop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help immensely here.
