I've tried looking at everyone's posts and looking up the anatomy of a rooster, but I still have no idea what I'm looking for. Help?

Prepare for picture overload! Let's start out with this cuteness. Heat wave and still wanting to cuddle.

I've posted when they were younger, and now I understand why folks were telling me to wait a few more weeks. Our Maran and one of our bantam Cochins are definitely roosters; they're so sweet! But these two are a mystery to me. I still don't understand the feathers, or what I should be look out for their combs. The roos were very easy to spot a few weeks ago.

Dottie, our ermine ameraucana, grew really fast and had bossy head hen attitude. I thought she might have been a rooster in disguise. And then her comb growth stopped. She's a little red, but not vibrant like the others.

Our ayam cemani, still looking for a name, was our youngest. We got them at 2-3 days old. They've never been bossy, kind of reserved, but loves to sit on laps and lay on Dottie. They're the cutest duo.

Also, please let me know why they love to cuddle puddle while PANTING in this heat? They're stressing ME out, haha!

Looks like pullets. If you bought the 'ameraucana' from a breeder I would contact them, she does not have a beard. If you got her from a mix or a feedstore she is an EE. Both the ayam & ermine are fairly 'underdeveloped' so to say with combs and wattles so nothing is screaming rooster, I would vote pullet
