Thank you for confirming. that is what I was thinking also. But they are not from a breeder so I'm okay with that. I have a blue w who has a pea comb. she is georgousThey both look like pullets, though EE males can be late bloomers.
Your GLW isn't pure Wyandotte. Wyandottes should have a rose comb. Your girl has a single comb.
Thank youPretty girls!
Cool, thank you! Both are pretty pullets, no worries!
Many hatchery quality Wyandottes have single combs. It's not correct, but it seems to be more common all the time. That said, every other feature lines up. She's most likely pure.

I say pullets, but you never know sometimes... there's a lot of comb, etc. on the first one, but it's not too red so I'd say they are both girls... congrats if that's what you are looking for!I cannot figure this out. Pumpkin, My GLW is getting a comb. She (?) is shy, not aggressive and yellow legs. She is getting in waddles -almost dk orange color. And then my Americana, Mary, looks like a roo except single pale rose row. Other two not pictured are pullets and infrequent challenges that involve chasing. No crowing yet. Ideas are appreciated! Since they came from the pullet bin, they were vent sexed. That is 95% accurate.Yes, a TSC
Because the chick came from TSC, it is an EE. Ameraucanas can only come from a breeder according to the rules for themThey are both beauties!
You say the bottom one is an Ameraucana? Silver?
