2 mamas on the same clutch of eggs

I have 2 hens, one is super broody and has been sitting on the eggs for the past 9 days but then this other hen is now sitting on half the eggs and takes em from the super broody one.

Are they both broody? Can you put the second one in a separate place and give her a few eggs?
I always try to keep my broodys in a spot where the other hens can't get to them.

the other one doesn't seem super Broody but has been sitting on the eggs for the past 2 days now with only getting up to get food and water, but she doesn't peck me or get upset when I get near them eggs.

I don't have the space to move her off her nest to somewhere else.

Can you try to break the hen that isn't super broody?

Yeah, I've also read that it'll be fine and the chicks will just have 2 super protective mama's, is it bad to let both of them raise the chicks?
