2 sudden sick hens, 1 dead, another needing help.

Sorry for your loss. It does sound neurological, and that can be from poisons, certain poisonous plants, viruses such as Mareks , from eating moldy feed, or botulism. Dehydration and hear exhaustion can cause similar symptoms. If you lose another bird, the best way to identify what is wrong is to get a necropsy by your state vet or poultry lab. Ask for Mareks testing as well. Here is a link to contact your state vet:

She's a mixed breed between a RIR and a Leghorn and as far as I know, she's a hen. Unless my rooster is into both cockerel and hens XD He's been courting her and doing his cute dance until she got sick and I moved her

The bird in the photo has characteristics of a cockerel..... Red on the wing bows, a bright red comb and wattles and pointy hackle and saddle feathers coming in. I'm not a betting person but would be confident to put money on it being male.

What does his poop look like? I would not give the Corid unless the poop looks unusual....ie. runny or mucousy or bloody, otherwise start with vitamins straight away. It may be that the stress of the mosquitos has triggered an outbreak of Marek's as well as fowl pox. Keep a close eye on the inside of his mouth for any lesions because if his immune system is low, it may develop into wet pox. The best that you can do is support the immune system and digestive system and hope for the best but I would agree that getting a necropsy done if he doesn't make it would be a good idea. Your state Agricultural or Veterinary Diagnostics lab can perform that service generally much cheaper and with more knowledge than a vet.

I gave her some eggs last night before it got too dark. I watched her this morning for a good while. She's more active but is staying inside the coop and not wanting to come out into the run with the others.

I gave her more vitamins and I also added some grass into the coop since she wasn't able to get out in the run. I was thinking it'd help. I also gave her some oyster shell. Pretty much trying to cover all the bases for what it could be.

It's really upsetting as I lost their father to old age and they were the only 2 I kept from all his babies. The hen that died looked just like him too.

I'll post a pic of her as today she's looking pretty rough.

I don't see any lice or mites on her, her skin is pretty clear. I haven't seen her poop yet. What's a fecal float?
Awww... the poor thing. She does look to be in rough shape. With her symptoms it would be a good idea cull her and send the body for necropsy so you can get a handle on what's affecting your flock.
Since you are on the NC/SC line I will give your links to both the NC and SC lab system.

Update:

I'm happy to say that after much care my chicken is doing so much better. I gave her/him lots of vitamins, a higher protein food and meds I found at my farm supply. It's active, eating, drinking and even talking.

I'm still not sure what it was but since it's doing much better I don't have the heart to cull it. No other chickens in my flock have shown any signs of being sick still.
