I know it's early, but I wish there would be more people saying they'll be coming to this thing! I will be so bummed if there aren't very many people here

I guess I'm just super excited about it, just wish there were more that felt like I did

Dad mowed the top part of the pasture today, I told him that was good, so we'll have plenty of parking next month!

He was a bit confused at first, but then he remembered what was going on

I had also thought of making some flyers to post at the feed stores and such. But then I thought that this probably wouldn't be such a good idea. If people see that there is something going on where they can possibly sell birds, there will be a lot of people show up to 'unload' things. At Sano there are always sick birds, and I could just see what kind of mess there would be here!

So I'm thinking that if you want to tell people about this, that's fine. Just make sure that (for the safety of yours and others birds) you do this by word-of-mouth, and it is someone you trust

Most all of my birds free-range, and I don't want them picking something up.

I am updating the first post with what everyone will be bringing, as far as swap/sell items and food. Also, if you are looking for a specific type of 'thing' (livestock, fowl, whatever), I will also post that on the first post.

That's why I said mine was subject to change. My wants isn't, but my haves might be. I just thought I'd toss it out there, in case someone has something I want, or knows where they can get it
big_smile.png

And besides, I don't know when I'll get to Sano, or if I'll be able to sell anything. So I thought it'd be good to advertise
smile.png

Plus, if someone wants quail chicks, I'd have to hatch them

I ought to be in bed - I now have 8 calves (well, one is a heifer we're keeping to use as a nurse cow when she's older) so I have even more bottles to feed in the morning.

Sounds like fun

Will you be bringing any of them?

ETA: And don't forget that I still want a donkey

ETA Again: I've been staying up way too late lately, like 2 or 3 am most days.
