It would be better if you move the eggs that are closest to the turner motor to some of the spaces in the back row. The turner motors run VERY hot and can stop development. The Little Giant egg turners have a plastic cap blocking that closest to the motor position.
If your indicated humidity is correct and it's not hatch day, your humidity is way too high. In a foam incubator like that, you'll have your best results with an average somewhere between 30 and 50% humidity for most of the incubation. Many people can maintain an average humidity in that range in summer without adding water, but if you do need to add water, a little bit added every couple of days and then allowed to dry out is helpful. It looks like you are essentially piping a humidifier into the incubator, which isn't necessarily going to give the results you want in such a small space.
Placement of the probe is important, it should be fastened to something like an empty eggshell (taped to the top) so that it reads the temperature at the top of the egg. Since it looks like a forced air incubator, shoot for a temp of 99.5 to 100F.
Just for the record, what have you been keeping your settings at, and how do the air cells look on day 18?
