Do you have anything for the Littles to do? I have 1, Luv has 2, Tab has 3, JLaw has 3, Lynzii had 2 and they all played on the swing set and trampoline last year. Well, Nora was passed around for holding

I didn't have to worry much, because it was all fellow BYCers at the gathering with spouses and maybe a couple friends. If this is inviting the general public and Craigslist creepers... Don't think my 4 year old would be into watching the butchering demo with hubby and I.

I have 2 (10 and 6)and a 1yo that will be in a baby carrier wrap.

Maybe we can all bring an outdoor type game (ball, frisbee, some smaller ride ons)??

Nutty-I make organic herbal products and my daughter wants to start selling her crocheting, sewing, and needle felted projects.

We don't need a big space.

Well I candled some tonight, day 10 and the EE's are all fertile. I wish I could say the same for the Marans, but I'm not hopeful. The Dels seem good too. Only one so far not.

yes that was my Nick. I got him from someone in WNY long ago. He was my first Delaware rooster I miss him.

Lisa came and bought some EE hatching eggs.
She doesn't come on much and I told her about chickenstock.
Also met a couple at the TSC and gave them my card told them about chickenstock. They had a cart full of feed. Buying heat lights for the coop I believe.
I did buy some bulbs just to start the chicks out on but them will use ceramic heat bulbs.

Candled some eggs. Only on Del and two marans eggs were duds. EE's look good, but you can never tell how things will turn out.

I don't think any of the marans were fertile. Perhaps the roo was having problems and I didn't notice. I put his son in the coop last evening. I will be checking every egg to see what's what. If any show fertility I will be running this bator again before we head to TX. DD will just have to take care of more chicks. I'll still have time to run another batch of eggs.

I always hatch bunches. Folks will take just about anything for cheap or free. The ee's are all fertile so far so they're good to go.

I can not understand why the C. Rocks aren't laying.

hey, is there anyway of making docs for each category - ie. 1)what people are bringing to sale., 2) what people are bringing for chinese auction, 3) what people are bringing for the pot luck table/food

If i knew how to do it, i would - but I don't.  I can probably ask my 4th grade son - he can probably do it.  LOL. 

Last year was sooo confusing with soooooo many pages going through every page to see who had what. 

just a suggestion.  

I've got one document up for things people are selling on the second post of this thread. If it's wanted, I can also do what people are bringing for food etc and what people are bringing to the auction. I'll just edit my post and put the documents in

Rancher mine aren't laying either but then again my freeloaders are back in the mode of oh wait the ground is white we will not go outside for sunlight.

Got to get the flyers printed up and start hanging them around just hot to get some colored ink for the printer. Also going to make up another flyer for the raffles so will be posting that one real soon. It will be some good raffles someone is going to win a brand new chain saw, a great chick starter package and still haven't figured out what the last one is going to be but it will be good too.
