Rancher mine aren't laying either but then again my freeloaders are back in the mode of oh wait the ground is white we will not go outside for sunlight.

Got to get the flyers printed up and start hanging them around just hot to get some colored ink for the printer. Also going to make up another flyer for the raffles so will be posting that one real soon. It will be some good raffles someone is going to win a brand new chain saw, a great chick starter package and still haven't figured out what the last one is going to be but it will be good too.

I've got these girls in with three EE hens and the Ee's are laying just fine. The C.Rock roos are mating the EE's okay. It's really upsetting that they're not laying. I think I got one egg, but with them not laying I'm not sure if it is theirs or a Del hen got in the coop.

The Dels are laying fine.

yes that was my Nick. I got him from someone in WNY long ago. He was my first Delaware rooster I miss him.

Any chance of bringing some Del. chicks or hatching Del eggs to Chickenstock ??

Is it possible that all of us ( BYC'ers ) set up together ? If we can each set up an e-z up or something similar in a row or U - shape. At least we'd be in the same general area

I think most of us are going to be BYCers ...but hard to tell ..
there is Metella Yellow Tent to meet at & Name tags maybe a sign in front of our stuff to identify us by our screen name ?
Or something fun to identify us ...

NUTTY - you & I attended our 1st chickenstock last year ? so I knew almost nobody too ..I only knew a few people..

What is your farm like ? Mostly sun areas ? or do you have shade trees ? Like Tabs ?
Need to wear sunscreen & hats ?

I have 2 (10 and 6)and a 1yo that will be in a baby carrier wrap.

Maybe we can all bring an outdoor type game (ball, frisbee, some smaller ride ons)??

If everyone brings stuff for their littles to do ...I would think it should be fine ...
Maybe there can be a littles community area ..near us all ...would some one volunteer to watch them ?

I have both trees for shade and sun areas also. I don't mind a littles area but someone must be watching them or if it ends up being lots of littles a few someone's must be watching them or the littles will have to be with the parents as it is a very busy road when mine were littles we had the back yard completely fenced in. Although I do have 2 dog kennels that they never used that little littles could be put in we could tarp off the top to keep the sun off of them and they could sit in there and play or I have one of those multi panel baby gate play yards too bought it for when the grand babies were babies.

Not too sure about how many BYCers but I can tell you already I have about 50 people who aren't from BYC coming but they all have some type of a farm whether it be hobby farm small or big farm again they gave the same interest as us.

I like the buttons or the bumper stickers. I won't wear temporary tattoos since I don't let my kids. (Allergic to dyes). The buttons seem easy. Or maybe we can just have different colored name tags? (Flourescent background instead of white or something)? I can help watch littles but I have 3 and want to hang out and take everything in too since its my first one. I think if there are a lot it might become hard to keep track.

I could do with some bumper stickers. I would hand them out free to folks I meet at TSC.

Littles Corral- LOL - sounds like you have some stuff to work with ....I dont know if anyone has tinnie tinys - most I think are in the 5-10 years range .
- maybe Parents can take turns watching ...
