3 jerk cockerels- they’re actually great roosters, but hate me. They do a great job protecting their girls and finding tasty treats for them. I just have too many and am combining all my hens into 2 runs with only 2 roos.
Jethro is an Ayam Cemani- this is a rare fibromelanistic breed (the rarest in the world) and every bit of the bird is black- meat, skin, feathers, etc. Their feathers shine iridescent beetle green in the sun. He would be a huge asset to any flock and fibro hybrids are gaining massive popularity if you are interested in breeding.

Debbie Harry (didn’t know he was a roo) is a buff laced polish, and started off sweet but decided he didn’t like me. He’s never flogged my husband though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ethel (also sold to me as a pullet) is a splash silkie and has a Napoleon complex. He is rude but oddly enough likes to be held.

They are all less than a year old.

They are free before they become coq au vin.
