3 week old chick who can't walk or stand

Hi all....we have a 3 week old chick who can't walk or stand. She was doing fine until last Friday and we noticed 1 leg seemed to not be working, then both were not working. After some research on this forum we thought she might have a vitamin B deficiency so we bought some B2 and have been giving it to her but no improvement. We called the hatchery today (Meyer) and they suggested apple cider vinegar. She does eat some, but we are at a loss as to what's wrong or what we can do to help her. Poor thing can't stand at all. My husband is unemployed so we cannot afford a vet visit, plus we just moved into a new state so we have no idea of vets that specialize in aviary. Any ideas or suggestions??

Not sure at this age, I ordered a total of 30 chicks. Either a Welsummer or an Easter Egger.

Make sure that she is drinking and eating, and continue the B2. Hopefully in a few says she will start standing normally.
