UPDATE: Two Pips!!!! Whoopie! Momma chicken got up to eat some 7 grain hot cereal with Boss so while she ate I looked over her eggs and low and behold another pip. Come on duckies!

All 134 birds was a task for sure. Helped i had the fed and state testers both here tho. Shoulders definitely feeling it now lol

I'm not even kidding when I say I was going to make something like this. I'm sick of the single combed roosters loosing the teeth of their combs to frostbite. My poor Tom Jr. has already gotton frost bite this year and we are just begining the long cold winter ahead of us. The only problem is that I can't seem to design them so that they don't fall off right away...

I can't give them away fast enough and now have to wait until a small animal exchange starts up. I moved 23 chicks and chickens out of my Garage on Sunday! That is about half of them gone now

My feed bill is getting to be more reasonable too...
