I have a beautiful Lakenvelder cockerel that I need to rehome. Unfortunately, this is my son’s favorite chick but we aren’t allowed to have roosters. He’s praying for a home that will update him periodically on his little guy.

We are in the north East Florida area.

Oh he's Soo cute!!! :love :love If I was able to get a rooster currently and lived in Florida I probably be after him. Is he still available? If so, try Craigslist. That's how I always re-homed any bird that I needed to re-home. During the right time of year, they will get a new home quickly. You most likely would get multiple responses, so ask around in order to get a good home for him. And, if you want, you can say in the ad that he is not to get eaten.
