5 week old Lavender rooster

I need help sexing this 5 week old lavender Orpington. I'm pretty sure its a cockerel but orpingtons are hard for me to figure out. Its also not friendly at all and hates being handled, while my buff hen is much more chill. I've also seen it breaking up fights between the other chicks, so I've been calling it my little bouncer. We can't keep a rooster, and I'd only try to keep one using a no crow collar if it was a super friendly one and not skittish like this one. So long story short, is this a little roo?

Hold on to it for a bit to see, or rehome? Not my favorite chick and not allowed to have a rooster where I live. I'm surprised how skittish it is for an orpington, but I've never had lavenders so I don't know if they are any different than the buffs.

5 weeks old and that much comb does say cockerel to me. But wait a few more weeks, sometimes these little guys can surprise you.
