I have pure silkies and the only way I can tell early (4-5 months old) is if it's a roo, they get that walnut comb starting, whereas the others I'd assume are pullets don't. They also get streamers (longer feathers coming off their head down their neck,) but at that age those don't show up as obvious to me. With yours being a mix, it should be easier, but I can't really be positive without seeing the front of their faces, so I guess Roo / unknown / pullet.3 months old...
