8+ large fowl Salmon Faverolles eggs

OK, these are next on my must have list. But first I need more coops! Never enough coops I tell ya!!!! Can't wait to see these in person at the show!

Hmmmm.... This is a breed I want to try. Your birds look great! Do you have a picture of your other roo? My bator would have room just at this time. I have to admit I may have to do this.

Yep, my other roo is nice and dark! Lots of mahogany on him, and lots more size. This isn't a recent pic though, and his head is at a funny angle so you can't see his comb very well. He actually has a perfect 5 pt. comb. I don't know how much he weighs, but he's got to be about 9-10 lbs. I wish the other roo had the size of this guy!

I do like the dark color. Very nice size to these birds. They look like chunks.

You can see I get quite the range of colors, from regular brown to the pinkish brown.

Also, their eggs have been quite large, the biggest of which is almost up to the XL line on my egg scale, smallest I have put on the scale is just below the Large line.
