A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

That's a great use of an empty parking spot 😁

My days are not very exciting as I spend most of it sitting and reading. Then its time to make dinner. Lots of little things throughout the day, but still fairly blah!!
I know what you mean. Between sitting down for ā€œjust a minuteā€ to read on my phone, and all the little things, I rarely get a chance to do any ā€œbigā€ things.

With DH gone, I can skip cooking dinner and leave a lot of little things go and focus on this project.

Totally understand that šŸ™„ I'm not allowed to do any big things alone yet. Are you building the coop from scratch? We built our chicken tractors and hoop houses, that was fun.

morning everyone. Enjoying the sunshine after digging out of 20 inches of snow... Love my new larger tractor it was like bam, done lol... Loving my new Turkey babies The Bourbon Reds are as sweet and curious as they have always been. breed wise, they want to come and see what ever your doing. hang out and interact, The royal palms are (skitish- but sweet) in the group. A very pleasant simple beauty for the eyes. very happy I gave this breed a try. the Narragansett are the most stunning coloring /markings that I have seen. They are darkening as they grow. their pattering reminds me of a black Spanish lace overlay. Visually I so much enjoy them. There was only (1) left for the season available to order. I took a chance that I after hatching for that month there would still be one to have. Excited that the Hatchery sent me 2. I can't tell them apart so they both named Gandalf lol.. new breed for me. they seem the most wild natured/instinct I call their name and get the OMG there's that human again reaction lol.. No complaints lol, lots of enjoyment of just sitting hanging out in the barn with all the birds. Bourbon Reds to keep me company, they have always been a personal breed. Nice to see this latest batch is the same. Thats my turkey talk for the day.. love the turkeys so much and regular people just don't know what to think about it...lol

don't mind the regular people most of them do not understand bird addiction period. I am known around my town as a FOWL woman.... ie I have chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys and now quail. its not a bad thing but some folks do not know how to interact when your passion is fowl.

Looks like the color calculator got overloaded with information
