morning everyone. Enjoying the sunshine after digging out of 20 inches of snow... Love my new larger tractor it was like bam, done lol... Loving my new Turkey babies The Bourbon Reds are as sweet and curious as they have always been. breed wise, they want to come and see what ever your doing. hang out and interact, The royal palms are (skitish- but sweet) in the group. A very pleasant simple beauty for the eyes. very happy I gave this breed a try. the Narragansett are the most stunning coloring /markings that I have seen. They are darkening as they grow. their pattering reminds me of a black Spanish lace overlay. Visually I so much enjoy them. There was only (1) left for the season available to order. I took a chance that I after hatching for that month there would still be one to have. Excited that the Hatchery sent me 2. I can't tell them apart so they both named Gandalf lol.. new breed for me. they seem the most wild natured/instinct I call their name and get the OMG there's that human again reaction lol.. No complaints lol, lots of enjoyment of just sitting hanging out in the barn with all the birds. Bourbon Reds to keep me company, they have always been a personal breed. Nice to see this latest batch is the same. Thats my turkey talk for the day.. love the turkeys so much and regular people just don't know what to think about it...lol
