Thanks CherMoz. I've always had chickens and oddly found myself the recipient of these two hens, and they are both laying. Didn't expect that. They sort of lay them all over the pen, or roost. Still learning about turkeys. They are so much fun!
As near as I can guess, it's about 16 weeks old, give or take a week.Sure, You just want to see me be wrong again! It is not gonna happen! I refuse to rise to the bait and give an opinion on your turkey. Besides I have no idea what a Narragansett looks like.
As far as it being a tom or not, cropping the head out of the picture and making us guess by the feathers on his back is a little too hard for me. But if that is the same one that is on the left, almost out in the sunshine in the top picture, I will say Hen....

. Everything I read about how to tell the sex kept making comparisons between two turkeys (more pronounced snood, etc) and I only had one turkey with nothing to compare to. Heck I'd never seen a baby turkey in person before, so have been really feeling challenged to figure it out!
