Actually ALL rain. My RP's have taken tovroosting 40 ft up in the top of a massive oak. Liked to gave me a heart attack when they came swooping down the other day. Thouggt the feds were invading The Land of Nash.

I caught my Young turkeys were bad today..(what's new) I caught them pretending to be Guineas, they were on the highway in front of my place.

This will not go on. They have gotten large enough some will head to freezer camp soon. A few of them broke out after I put them to bed. It was 2 RP and one Black!

The Black is definitely ready to be a guest of honor...

Snitch was not on the road, She was under the bird feeder eating bird seed like the perfect girl she is....




Also Judy bought me a birthday present today!

Well, we've noticed over the last couple days that Cosmo, our Muscovy drake has been pacing the turkey pen fence every morning as soon as he gets out, making that hissing noise that they make. We thought that he was challenging the turkeys but I watched him closer this morning and realized that he was following Princess and Queenie along the fence, being them to come out and play! It was just a theory until they flew or and he ran over to them worth his tail wagging and head bobbing lol. He has a thing for the royal palms! The 3 ducks and 2 palms hang out all day long anymore. The ducks will even go the whole way around the house now, as long as the turkeys are there with them I love my birds lol

What is with the RP? I ask yet again! They seem like huge escape artists! Love the duck/turkey relationship thing going on.

My turkeys got a double whammy today! I wore shoes & a coat neither had seen before. As you can imagine the two fashion police had to inspect everything!

Aurora...I know what you mean...love my girls!

I don't know but I've completely given up on trying to keep them in lol. Every day, they fly out. Every afternoon, I put them in and send them to bed. I always have to make sure I do it before it starts to get dark though or they are immediately up in the tree. It's always those two RP girls. Every. Single. Day. Occasionally, Cuddles (MB) will fly out too but she's super sweet and easy to catch. She comes right up to me for hugs. She knows that, even though I toss the two RP girls back over the fence to get them back in, I will carry her to the door and set her in nicely lol.

*disclaimer* I do not whip the RP girls up over the fence, I reach up and drop them down to the other side. No birds are ever even remotely close to getting harmed or terrorized here (unless you consider catching them terrorizing them lol)
