Well at least they got in a good dust bath. Mine love dust baths...they dig a crater & can wallow for hours!

We are at 22 right now so that is a heat wave!

We use ketchup as the major spice in:

Baked Beans
Meatloaf
Hot dishes of all varieties
Milk flavoring for that homemade strawberry flavored milk
Chocolate chip cookies
Rice Krispy bars
Stuffed peppers
baked fish
Roast turkey
fried chicken
potato dishes
rice dishes


















































The list is endless....of course.. I might have exaggerated a tad, as my Mother was not the worlds best or most creative cook....

i got eggs from ravyn, and a the blacks and a white from a user on here, and one white from a breeder here in nh

my tom was hiding because there was a crow flying nearby to come steal the scraps
my jenny was just watching it

the crow comes everyday to see what goodies i bring out for the birds

Your Tom hides from the crow? And the snow...yeeks!
It's already in the mid 60's this morning. It will get warmer throughout the day....then....around midnight the bottom will drop out and we are expecting ice/sleet/snow. And it won't get above freezing for several days. What the heck is going on?
Took the girls for a walk yesterday. They love nibbling their way through the neighborhood. Lots of folks out since the weather was so warm. Annie got to untie several pairs of tennis shoes while Daisy got mugged by the kids. Such funny birds....such social gadflys.
