A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Oops I got an extra quote bubble! I was going to riff on seeing part of flash's dashing grey locks and wondering who that old person was... But I had decided not to pick on my elders. But I guess I am doing it anyways lol
That's ok, Bantam. I think FB has me down as being 106. It was there so long, it had gotten to 116 - but I decided I liked being 106 better and changed it back.

Right! I'm worried about gender confusion! He lives with two girlie girls! Daisy is way girlie and is teaching Iris to follow in her diva footsteps.

Between a tom gobbling and the coonhound baying my neighbors may evict me!!
You SHALL be the "talk of the town"!

Now, what colors are we going for first??? PICS!!
:wee:pop

Besides, Poppy is too young yet to decide on gender....

This might be fun!:clap

How does one casually get 6" plus rain? That would be a devistating flash floods here!
Well it was the remains of the storm that dropped feet of rain in Houston... so it seemed better than it could have been
But the poultry yard is a disaster by the coops. Flood plain is squishy. Creeks did stay in their banks.

Molpet....where are you? Excessive rain sucks!

Flash....I have Iris my teenage penciled and Daisy my old lady blue bird of happiness. Poppy's snood is practically down to his knees. And it happened overnight!! And he suddenly got as big as a horse! I think R2elk pointed out we could have just about everything under the sun for poults. I usually sell my turkey eggs to a local baker. I share my chicken eggs with friends.
I'm still trying to get my mind around this...

near Joliet IL
apparently I had the storms train over me... the most everyone else got was 3"... it was over saturday night to Monday morning. It did stop for a few hours between storms, so the creeks could go down. I have 2 creeks that connect in my flood plain... lucky me
