It depends on which is the male and which is the female. It also depends on how the Red Bronze was made. There are lots of different ways to make a Red Bronze and they can have different hidden recessive genes.

The red bronze is from a Bourbon Red Tom and a Narragansett hen. I'm not sure of the sex of my red bronze yet as it is just a poult. I was just asking hypothetically just out of curiosity.

If the Red Bronze is a hen, it is bb N- Rr. If it is a tom, it is bb Nn Rr. A Royal Palm tom is b1b1 cgcg nn and a Royal Palm hen is b1b1 cgcg n-.

With this information you should be able to run the different scenarios in the calculator. Some of the results will be colors that they are no reference images for.

Golden Narragansetts are a possible outcome, as well as bronze semi-color semi-gray, red bronze, and naragansetts, depending on which parent is red bronze and which is RP. I love all the possible outcomes. I'm not going to put my cart before my horse but I would love to see some Narragansetts come from the cross. That is, if all goes well and my poults arrive safely and all grow to maturity. Cant count your turkeys before they hatch. Lol

She is not a lapper but for me she stood up and backed away so that I could see all the babies.

How often do hens abandon poults?
Sunday night a coon got 5 of 6 poults being raised by 5 turkey hens in the poultry yard. The lone poult left is being ignored by his moms.
I herded them all in Monday and Tuesday. They started ignoring it Monday night. But one did come off the roost to keep it warm. Tuesday it manged to get up 4' to the roost.. Wednesday there was a coon in the yard near lock up and everyone went in on their own. (I got it tonight.) But the hens kept moving away from the poult. Tonight the hens went up 30 ft in the trees as soon as I got the coon. They were not concerned about the poult,even when I chased it down and it screamed bloody murder.
So now I have one lonely poult. Before when it went by other hens with poults they ran it off...and the older poults ran it off too.
It's the youngest poult I have.

I have never had a hen abandon a poult. I have had hens try to steal poults from each other. I rarely let a hen raise poults unless they are already a couple of weeks old and I find a hen willing to adopt them.
