The place where I bought the chicks from said they were girls but there was a small chance of it being a rooster

Did you buy them for TSC? if so loads of people end up with roosters from their IDK how many treads are here on that issue

That could explain why the aggressive chicks always act strange when they see my 6 Month old Bantam Rooster.

Nope I just leave the brooders lights on all day.
