Advice: using wire dog fence panels to build a chicken tractor

Hey there,
We have 24 (3 8-panel) panels of 4' wire fencing that we used for our puppy mobile run (pic). It's flimsy just by itself so I dont want to just use it as is. My idea is to incorporate it into a chicken tractor. The tractor has to be to able to withstand an 80 lb "interested" dog. It will need to be movable but the general ground here in south Florida is sand so I am not too worried about litter or anything. Anyone have any ideas or tips or even better, finished projects that used these? I am thinking a wood frame to hold the panels and then a bit more mesh or wire around the bottom to deter smaller predators like snakes, and a roof covering.

I've got a bunch of those I used at a seasonal campground to keep our dogs contained.

While they might be a good base structure, they will not keep critters out.

I expect not without reinforcement and some extra mesh for sure. I am just hoping it will create a nice base to start with.
