After nearly three years I find out my rooster is a hen! (Questions and concerns!)

No need to switch :) This is what I feed my flock, even before we got boys.
Good to know! I was worried the layered feed had more nutrients for hens then just the flock raider, plus oyster shells.

Should I keep separating the feed and oyster shell, or should I mixed them up, and get rid of the extra bowl? The only reason I had the oyster shells, and feed separate was because I thought I had a rooster lol

I know at least outside she has been getting oyster shell, but she’s been inside with me for the last week recovering from the bumblefoot.
I was more worried about the entire week she hadn’t gotten any oyster shell, she has it now that I realized. But I hope I didn’t cause her any egg problems down the line, from not giving her any shells for over a week.
She'll be fine. It was only a week. And keep the food and oyster shell separate. You want the girls to be able to choose if they need the shells or not

I think the main reason I assumed she was a boy was because when we picked her up from the person selling some chicks. The ones we originally saw weren’t really what we were looking for, so she comes out with a different box of chicks,
What color is she?
I was told by the person who hatched the chicks, that she comes from a candy corn/ torblunt parent, and I think a regular polish?? Considering her patterns has a lot more white then a traditional torblunt/candy corn does, I’m assuming she’s a cross breed.

And her color pattern give a male-ish look to her saddle feathers too.
I thought her saddle feathers looked more masculine too!
She really got me tricked lol she’s also the loudest of the girls, almost making a crowing sound but not quite a crow. At certain time her feather crown would look more pointed instead of rounded, giving her a rocker hairstyle that the polish roosters are know for.
And she is the top of the pecking order, she the first to the treats, and gets her treats first. She’s also the boss of the roosting bar, making sure everyone scoots over for her. 😂

And I never saw her go broody like the other two hens, (a Cochin, and a silkie), I would occasionally catch her in the nesting box but never sitting, just standing looking like she was investigating the box, then laying eggs lol

Wonder if she's half candy corn and half dominant white. @nicalandia , does that sound right?
