All of the chickens beating up on runt after moving coop...Help

We have an omlet coop which you can move around from spot to spot in the yard. All of the chickens, three hens and a rooster, were getting along just fine until we moved the coop last night and in the morning when they came out they all started beating up on the runt, our smallest hen. Does anyone know what we can do to fix this dynamic within the coop? Much thanks.

doubt much you can do other than getting the little girl a couple of friends her own size ..

How old are these birds, in weeks or months?
Have you moved the coop before with no problems?

doubt much you can do other than getting the little girl a couple of friends her own size ..

Coop is already tight for the 4 birds, adding more would be a clustertangle.

The flock is a year and a half old or so, we've moved the coop before, but never from the front of the house to the back of the house. Thanks!
