Amazon Parrot Question

How can I enrich my amazon parrots life? Any answers much appreciated! He's 14..... Iv'e had him for 5 years. How can I make sure he's healthy and happy..... and make him more so.

Hang as many various toys in the cage as you can. Make sure he's in a cage of suitable size and give him a stand or swing outside the cage for daily outings. A good FRESH commercial large parrot food and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Daily interaction with him.
