We're now questioning everything. Silver said that none of the 45 birds in question have any male traits. There's no way all 45 are pullets.

The first one "first five pics" strikes me as a cockerel. Even though its lacking visible male saddle feathers every other feature looks male to me.

If male specific saddle feathers don't exist in this scenario, I would agree on the first bird. The second one looks like a pullet to me, saddle feathers or not though.
