Okay update number 2. Puff and Fluff are now 4.5 months old and I’m feeling a bit sad…I am pretty sure that Puff is getting saddle feathers. So you might be half bowing to @Crested Special @LadiesAndJane 😩😩😩 I’m right huh?

No, I do not see saddle feathers. Would be pretty obvious by now if she were a male. The lavender feathers are often “shredded” which can make it difficult to tell.
Still female.😊

Really?? Oh I hope you’re right. I really don’t want to have to make a choice between Puff and Eevee! Puff is the best little chicken 😍 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I am so sorry! 😕 Such a late developer. 🤷‍♀️
I must admit that’s one of the cutest little crows I’ve ever heard though!🤣❤️
I KNOW, they still barely have red combs and they were born on JULY 2nd! But I agree, it's a pretty hilarious crow! You can tell he is unsure of this "crowing" thing. :) He's just such a sweet boy...none of my roosters has loved me as much as he has. I think I'm most sad at the prospect that that might change. :(

Fluff has also started to get longer and curved tail feathers...so he is probably a he too...they're feathering out the same and have squared off against each other since they were little. UGH. I LOVE them...but I can't have 4 roosters!
